When attacking multiple targets, the first Winchester aircraft in a flight forces the entire flight to return to base.
As soon as one aircraft has dropped all its bombs, all other aircraft return to basewith their bombs instead of attacking the remaining targets.
However, if you select and unassign it from the mission (U), something strange happens: the other aircraft change their minds and attack the remaining targets.

In the case where the leader is Winchester first, you must first select the flight and change the leader before unassigning it from the mission

I've attached several saves:
Downloads.zip
(136.21 KiB) Downloaded 5 times
Save before takeoff:
>Multi Target.scen
Save after the strike, or you simply need to unassign the Winchester aircraft:
>Multi Targetest
In the case where the leader is Winchester first, you must first select the flight and change the leader before unassigning it from the mission:
When it is the leader, before the strike:
>Multi Target4.scen
After the strike (I changed the leader and unassigned the aircraft):
>Multi Target4.1.scen

Is it possible that you have set the doctrine re weapon state to force the flight to return to base upon the first aircraft reaching Winchester? And also the mission parameters to engage until Winchester
