The form show different odds range and influence for MP modify.
I can't understand the
1:5~1:201/1:10~1:501,. it seems has a overlay range?

The manual has a typo, the decimal points are missing. The ranges should be read as:
- 1:5 - 1:2.01
- 1:10 - 1:5.01

Current living manual (1.29 as of patch 01.04.05) has the right odds as per ForTells post.
