In the Matrix Store version of the game, when you hit the "check for updates" button in the matrix launcher, the game will attempt to update like normal. However, when it is finished, the game closes and a warning popup saying "cannot find autorun.exe" comes up.

Best bet here is to send this directly to Matrix Support, as they may not see it here.
