Add visual function, not working?

Hello
I am playing the new version 1.00.85 . I have just started as Germany and went into ship design access. Add visual set #1 is not there.?
With windows pop-up went into this PC ,window C , program files,x86 ,matrix games, rule the waves 3 , ship parts, set 1 nothing is there? Went out of game and Used toolbar to access game location, everything is there?
At this point I’m guessing I need to uninstall and reinstall game possibly I don’t see anyone else having this problem.? Would send you the Save file but I have just started the game. There’s only the one save at pre-start of game.
