[FIXED] Custom Scenarios won't load
Posted: Sun May 11, 2025 12:10 pm
Problem:
When trying to load custom scenarios (that I have created and saved) loading bar gets stuck at maximum and scenario won't load.
The scenario is not very large (500Kb) and doesn't have any custom units.
When loading as browse from files, the other loading bar starts, and error window declares: "object reference not set to an instance of an object".
Error is currently persistent only on 1 particular scenario, but has previously happend on another one, which curiously now seems to load properly.
Game version: v1.08 Build 1638.
Attachments: I am attaching two scenarios: "Saudi Arabia Landing" is the one currently not working, and "Fight for Guam" used to not work witht the same problem, but now works. "Saudi Arabia Landing was created in current version from scratch, but Fight for Guam was created in prevous version, and stopped loading sometime after upgrading to beta (not immideatly). I am also attaching some logs which seem relevant to me.
I have seen that this is a known problem, but since the last support request I found was from few years back, I've decided to write this.
