Units Unassigning From Mission After Take Off.

Build: 1645 (Beta)

I'm trying to make a dynamic mission in Desert Storm Invasion scenario, but once the aircraft take off they just unassign from their mission and fly around the airbase they took off from. I'm trying to ferry the planes from Langley to Lajes then Lajes to Dhahran.
The units are F-15C's based at Langley AFB, US. The only other mission is (AEW and unrelated) so all mission are related to this. It might be user error on my part but i have followed the tutorials and tried changing things about but it doesn't seem to be making a difference.
The initial H-hour also seems to have changed from the original 23:00 hours (start time of scenario) to 23:05 hours (current time after reloading save), i don't know if this is the correct behaviour.
