I would like to know how I register all of my steam games from Slitherine on Matrix games. I would like to download them seperatley from steam and play them that way.

That is not possible.

When you chose to buy on Steam, you chose to "rent" a title. Steam keeps the codes, you get the game cheaper. That is their deal. So you cannot get a Matrix/Slitherine version without buying it here...

Oh, and before you shoot the messenger, know that it is written with the utmost support for your problem.

Hence why the reverse is true and a better way to buy software, i.e., purchase from Matrix Games first and eventually if they do create a Steam version you will get a Steam version.

Totally untrue. You never buy a game. You buy a license to use the game. You don't own anything.

I always buy from Matrix. They make more money that way.

Thanks for putting me in my place. Simplified analogy simply doesn't work.
