[WAD]Build 1674: Option to Choose Tanker By Mission Go Away?

Hi All
Not sure if I'm just not seeing something but did the Refueling ROE to select a tanker by its mission go away?

That option never existed, you are confusing yourself with the tanker settings option in the missions.
