No response from support

On 5th June I tried to purchase some games during the recent sale, however, payment seems to be stuck at PayPal waiting for authorisation from Matrix Games/Slitherine and the selected products remain in my cart - though now at the higher prices. I have sent several e-mails to the support team but have had no reply... at all.. or a resolution.
I have also sent an e-mail to
info@slitherine.co.uk, again no reply and no resolution.
I am left with no viable option but to post a comment on here to see if anyone will address the issues I have raised.

I haven't seen any ticket under your email address. Please send a new email again.

and make sure your email has gone and not bounced to spam or unsent etc depending on your provider etc as there not all equal or the same, some are alot better than others

I just want to post an update...
Unknown to me, and as it became clear, my original e-mails became lost in the 'ether' and not received by Matrix Games, however, I did not receive an undeliverable message so this added to my confusion..?
After overcoming this obstacle, Joe Miller at support provided sterling service and we came to a successful conclusion. So my great thanks goes out publicly to Joe Miller and Matrix Games.

It's a nice change from so much of the 'net.
