I think I've come across an issue with the time-on-target flight plans for ALCMs - namely, the created flight plans do not calculate the correct time of flight for the launched weapons (instead only allocating 40 seconds of flight time for the CMs, even when launched from 100s of miles away).

Please see the attached save file. In the save, 2 B52Hs on the mission "Kef Runways" flying from CFB Gander are to fire CALCMs against targets with a ToT of 2300Z. According to the generated flight plan, they will launch their weapons at a range of 600+ miles at 2359:20Z, allocating only 40 seconds for the CMs to cover the distance to the target.

I've noticed this in other scenarios as well, but it's certainly possible I'm doing something wrong.
