Open challenge on PBEM++, any campaign

I checked out the lobby. There are several passworded games open, but how are you meant to know the password?
I would like to play as any side in any campaign, but here are my preferences:
-Confederates (either 1861 scenario)
-Union (either Trent War or Make Georgia Howl)
-France in Franco-Prussian War
-Japan in Russo-Japanese War
In a bit I may hang out with a public challenge in the lobby
