Logistics Officer
Having played a few games well beyond turn 100 to the end. I feel there still an efficiency imbalance between massive expenditure on logistics network and the throughput, especially when you have 5 or more cities.
Now I understand that’s part of the game design and it’s ment to be there. But it’s currently the only area of the game that doesn’t have flexibility or feats/cards to use.
So I was thinking it feels ideal for a logistical Officer on your council. They could focus on either bottleneck penalty or overall network efficiency like a percentage buff. When you use the overlays there are %, so all you be doing is taking 100% up a % per BP allowance. It works on both elements is a simple way then.
I think it also makes sense, as you still have to invest in BP through Offices which cost resources and this is the same end result.
