I just finished MCLV , score is 311 decisive victory . I played 49 scenarios , in last I got 50 points for DV . Took me 8 months to beat this beast and end is little dissapointing , just score and victory level . Few lines of text and few pictures will be nice or peharps In The Name Of Fuhrer end scenario in which Hauptmann Weber is promoted to Fieldmarshall . I replay scenarios in which I get bad results , this is not honest but I like to win . So please allow us to save in next Megacampaign at least at begining and end of scenario . Anyway MCLV is great game and I cant wait next MC from Wild Bill and MC´s for Combat Leader .

Congratulations on your DV! Jumping from Captain to Fieldmarshall would be quite a leap! Major or perhaps Colonel would seem more likely.

The disappointing ending is because the game isn't yet finished. Brent has been promising to update it for more than a year. I've been running kind of a one man campaign to encourage him to do that. You can check out the thread in the main spwaw forum if you'd like. At any rate, his latest promise is to have it early next year.

Yes I noticed your little crusade . But you miss the point . End dissapointed me in a way that almost every game has some nice animation or video in the end to reward player . End of MCLV is same as end of any battle in it , no really feeling of accomplishment , but this is a little objection . Anyway you have right that game is not finished . There is missing text and pictures in few of the ending scenarios , its around 8-10 scenarios I dont remember exact number . You are also right that Brent promised to fix that long time ago , I mean how hard and time consuming is to put text and pictures in ten scenarios . Still this missing text is more of annoyance than anything else . I like this game very much despite this shortcomings and I recommend you to play it , you wont regret .

I'm looking forward to it. Maybe next year. Problem is I have too many games that I enjoy playing and just not enough time to spend months on any one campaign. I bought the megas (and will buy the next one) more to support Matrix for a job very well done than anything else. And maybe someday I'll have more time.
And I guess I did misunderstand your disappointment. Where were the fireworks, right?
