mouse sensitivity

the mouse sensitivity in fullscreen mode is really too slow...which is causing me to use the the windowed one which i don`t like as i have the resolution set fairly high for my other programs...maybe it`s the directx or something...

Add
[mouse]
mouse_accel_factor = 2
to the file tcc.cfg in data/configs just after the
[system]
keyboard = xyz
The default value is 1, bigger values should increase mouse acceleration.
