Any Chance for a Demo?

I've been playing the Demo for RDOA and would have purchased that game based on the demo alone (wont buy it now with HTTR on the horizon). Don't really want to wait for reviews of HTTR and would Love a Demo to help me make the buy decision. How about it guys, any chance for a demo soon?

Well, if the RDOA demo was sufficient to sell you on that game, then you might as well simply get the HTTR game. HTTR is all that RDOA was and much more.
Although the RDOA demo is out of date, it still gives a decent feel for the style and feel of the game. So, I don't think you would be surprised or dissappointed.

Mark thanks for the feedback. That wooshing sound you hear is my $50.00 bucks leaving my wallet on its way to Matrix. By the way, what is the "Normandy" game I briefly read was in the works? I viewed some map art work that looked very impressive but could not get any further info on the project.
Also, any chance that some Pacific Theater battles might be simulated with the HTTR engine?
Thanks again for your advice.

I suspect that Dave O'Connor, the President of Panther Games, should be along shortly to address questions about future development schedules. If not, then know that, he and the rest of the team is very busy working on the final polishing of HTTR for release.

You should like the enhancements and improvements that were made to the engine if you enjoy the RDOA demo. From having beta tested, I can say that you need not fear that you would be purchasing a version 1.00.00 jumble of bugs and broken features. Panther is not that kind of company. They are committed to quality and the internal betas have often been in a better state than other games which are already out in the market place. It is lucky for us that there are such small companies that love what they do and are not just simply doing it as a business.
I hope that helped.

Dave already mentioned the order in a reply to my query about counter-battery as a feature request.
HTTR then Bulge then Normandy...
Thats a sure $150 Matrix has coming from me, as I love all three of those areas and seeing them done with AA's engine will certainly give new meaning to them.

According to Matrix Games policy, there is 0% chance to get a demo.
Anyway, without a demo and despite the good review, I wouldn't have bought AA:RDOA and would be missing a very good game... my only computer game in several years.
Cheers,
JeF.

Me too. I have the demo to the original game. Without thta demo I would never bother with the new game.
There is an alternative to a demo. A movie of the game in action.
I have mentined this before in other threads and an bafffled why it is not standards marketing procedure.

Not a bad idea. As soon as I sign off on the gold master, and get a little rest, I'll look into it.
