Mod Swap

I am trying to install R2's terrain fixes but am not having any success. I did change .txt to.zip and then attempted to use Mod Swap to install. I simply get a message that UNZIP32.dll was not found. Is there something else I should be doing?

I never got ModSwap to work, ever.
Just unpack his files and replace the originals.

I must be doing something wrong, When I open the file all I see is code. When I look at the properties it says it is a txt file even though I have changed the estension. Any ideas?
