Cannot plot course for Land-attack missiles

Pretty straight forward. Whenever I'm trying to fire a Tomahawk-type weapon (Tomahawk, Hyunmoo 3b, etc) at a land target, the "plot course" box is greyed out.

It is working in the last beta.

If you are running the beta 1674 I guess you will have to update to 1676 (official patch named 1674) before using 1706.
