Error/Bug in Tutorial?

I'm working my way through the tutorial and came upon this in lesson 3, page 12, in the Repairing Bridges section:
"Click on the Repair Bridge icon in the Unit Control Area. The blown bridge graphic disappears, to be replaced by congestion graphics on each side of the river..."
I only see a Blow Bridge icon on the NE side of the river after clicking.
Then later on that page it says:
"You can cancel the order with the Undo button."
No-can-do, the Undo button is greyed out.

I dont think its a software bug, more a mistake in the tutorial.
Once you have tried to blow a bridge, like once you roll the dice, you cannot undo.

What about the icons, which are supposed to change to congestion traffic? I don't see any icons looking like that after repairing, just the Blow Bridge icon.

I believe congestion markers only appear on repair of bridge not demolition of it, Or another possibility was the attempt was unsuccessful in which case all you will see is a greyed out detonator icon.

To repair a bridge select the appropriate unit, a light blue bridge build icon will show in the circular display area in the tool panel below. Clicking on the blue icon - there - will cause a metalic sound effect, the bridge will repair with 100% certainty and congestion markers will show on the road leading from it.
If the bridge build icon is grey then clicking on it will have no effect and the blown bridge map marker will still show. In effect you will not have conducted bridge repair activities in that hex.
As for undoing a bridge repair, I've never checked but will do so for you later.
