Reverse Day of Infamy: Hawaii units out of supply

Hi,
I have the chance to declare war to Japan with the US on Sept/Oct '41. I've made a "test impulse" to see what will I be able to accomplish and I see that the units in Hawaii are out of supply (so basically, I can't benefit from the surprise impulse).
But I don't get why the units are OOS, as there is a convoy link to mainland USA. Is there anything I'm missing?

I think it is a bug. And very similar (same?) what we have in our current game. We fixed that by placing US CPs in Mexican Coast, and Clarion, or something like that.

Thanks for your answers. Unfortunatelly, the DIY instructions to modify the gamefile explain how to increase the number of convoys already existing in a sea area, but not how to add a convoy to an area with none.
I've tried (by pasting the info from another convoy and changing the location hex) but the gamefile doesn't load.
I could try to move the units and set them from desorganised to organised, although it's going to take a bit longer...

How about changing the place of the convoys, to fit what Orm proposes, instead of adding?
If I am not wrong, in MWIF, the hexdots have coordinates same as the hexes, you could probably switch the seas easily, Even with the Magic program maybe.

Perhaps, although it would break the convoy line somewhere else (by removing those convoys). Anyway, Panama was aligned and I could place a couple of convoys on those sea areas to save the day.
