Duplicate System Names

In my first new game in a year, now in version 1.3.0.3, my home system is Durvalla. Not far away is another system named Durvalla. Not far from them there is another pair of duplicate system names. Considering how long this game has been out now this is really sloppy work leaving something as basic as duplicate system names still unresolved. Please fix this pernicious problem so we're not afflicted with duplicate system names that not only confuses us but most likely the program. What if that second Durvalla system had habitable planets that corresponded to the ones in my home system?

What size of galaxy are you playing on? Do you have a save you could share with us showing the issue?

I always play on the largest galaxy size, and it's always littered with many duplicate system names. I've never seen it not have many duplicate names, so just spinning up a new game should demonstrate the issue.
