PBEM turns

Hi I don't seem to be getting my turns come through?,is there a general problem or just me?
I'm doing 2 different PBEM matches of SC-WIE (TRP) and SC-Pacific and everything is going smoothly with my opponents and I. Seems no one else that I know that are doing matches at this time are having any problems either. Are you talking about not getting turns from your match partner or a PBEM server issue?
