Could someone explain to me what is the difference (in editor) between automatic increments and upgrade increments (in this windows : Edit/Country data/Research/advanced/upgrade)

Difficult to understand exactly what it means (pb of foreign language, nothing is evident to learn)

A,d how it's work : In understand that upgrade increments seem be upgrades when you improve with research , but what are the "automatic increments" ? And how did they work (what are the conditions, the frequency, etc of these "automatic increments" ?)

Automatic upgrades are benefits from research that you gain without having to upgrade units.

e.g. Command and Control increases HQ ratings for free, you do not need to upgrade the HQ.
