Japanese or Allied opponent, Da Babes scen 28 (CLOSED)

I have just finished my last game (I capitulated as Jap in 08/1945) and I am looking for an experienced opponent. I can play both sides, scenario 28 (Da Babes, extended map with stacking limits, reduced cargo, better AA, only historical units). Some HR required:
1 PDU on (Japs free to exploit fast frame acceleration)
2 Dec 7 surprise (Allied can move only units in China before hostilities, so force Z likely damaged/destroyed).
3 Japs can unload troops only at historic sites on day one.
4 To cross borders, units must be bought.
5 4E no attacks on ships, night attacks only on city targets.
6 Unloading at bases only.
7 Paras can attack as an entire unit only.
Plus a couple of common rules (negotiable later).
I can play 1 turn per day at least, often much more. The opponent should be able to play at least one turn per day.
