In the attached file please notice the flights of mission OSA Group ASuW (heading south from Oman towards Socotra). All but one, they are stuck travelling at 80ft while the mission plan is for 36K. Yes I have already tried to unassign them, manually order them to 36K and reassign. They refuse to climb even when unassigned

An unexpected solution to their intransigence of flying higher, was to order the to go and refuel. That broke the impasse and subsequently units behaved as expected
