Hi all,

in my recent match Riga got cut off the rail and did not drop to 5.
Had I realized that I might have left the army there (to do a heroic last stand and go down for cheap rebuy).

I think this is a bug

Being a port under no blockade maybe it's still drawing supply by sea.

I've tried to repeat this but to no avail, is this perhaps a custom campaign?

No it is a still running vanilla MP in the 1939 campaign.
Now that I think about it I do not even remember how Estonia can be still neutral.

I re-checked - all 3 Baltic states where neutral.
Axis declared on Lithuania, then on the SU, and some time later on Latvia.

Maybe in this special constellation that one neutral Estonian railway hex that should block Rigas supply does not count correctly.

I wonder if this is just a bug that has been fixed that just hasn't made its way to the player side of things, e.g. as it has been a while since we last patched.
