Yugoslavian Coup

How does it actually work? I've (almost) exclusively received this choice in February as allies, and it happens in March. But when I'm axis, my opponents often get to coup in April or even May. Is there a random chance per turn for it to happen or is it fixed at game start?

It is indeed random; it can even be delayed until 1942.

Is it random per turn or randomly fixed though? Maybe the devs can answer that?

The date it may happen is fixed when the game begins, but kept secret from both sides.
