When do you usually launch it ?

If you were going to invade Greece, would you finish the Greek campaign first or launch then simultaneously ?

I think it is doable in '41 and '42 in single player as long as you are not bogged down somewhere major.

I would not delay it for Greece. One cannot use more than 3 infantry there anyway.

i meant what month

Use the weather zone pdf. Ideally you can start in April, but you should be in position at least mid-April and start attacking in beginning of May in earnest.

thats a lot sooner than i thought!!

for me it really depends on whether the ussr does a forward deployment or deploy further back, if they do the usual rear ward deployment then the earlier the better, April or may if its forward then you need to be more ready so may or June.
