Tried to buy Armored Brigade II this morning but could not find the DVD option. It seemed to be Download version only.

Does that mean that there is no DVD option; or was I pressing the wrong buttons?

Unfortunately, Matrix and Slitherine have discontinued shipping physical copies some time ago.
