BE Engine Room hits don't make sense with AoN

I've already made a thread talking about BE, but this is a topic I feel deserves its own thread.

For one, it is absolutely ridiculous that a AoN ship can suffer a engine hit crit on the extended armor. Let me provide a run down on the list of BE crits a All or Nothing ship can suffer and their plausibility.

Salt water in feed tanks? Believable.

Electric power disabled? Fine, some AoN ships irl had generators outside the citadel.

Steering gear? This should really be its own section to armor, however, I can still begrudgingly accept this.

Engine room? Absolutely unbelievable and immersion breaking.

The existence of this crit arguably invalidates the whole purpose of AoN, as apparently there's some magic spot outside the raft armor that somehow exposes the transmission and boiler rooms. Where is a shell penetrating thats outside the citadel/main belt and deck armor that finds itself in the engine room? It's completely incomprehensible, there's a death star exhaust port weakness on a players 50k ton battleship that only BE can cover.

At the bare minimum, AoN scheme should have the engine room crit removed. Unlike other crits that are annoying or only results in minor speed loss, engine room hits are debilitating to the extreme. AoN is already found lacking for not protecting the extreme amount of crits hidden behind BE, the least that can be done for it is to make it immune to one.

I'm inclined to agree with Tankaxe. My thoughts on the matter generally really haven't changed since we talked about BE armour on the old thread.

How often do you encounter this crit with AoN armor scheme?
