Looking for a casual opponent for 1914 campaign

Hello guys,
I'm a newbie player who played 0 games online yet. And I'd like to try the 1914 campaign vs someone who isn’t a hardcore veteran but more of a casual, chill player.
Propose playing daily (1 turn per day).
My experience so far (all vs AI):
Entente, Veteran – WON Major (quite easy)
Central Powers, Veteran – LOST Major (super hard, collapsed quickly)
Central Powers, Intermediate – LOST Major (got stomped)
Central Powers, Novice – WON Major (Russia AI crumbled early, bit of luck)
I’d like to play as the Entente this time, since I’m clearly doing something wrong when trying the Central Powers.
If you’re also new-ish or just looking for a relaxed game, please let me know!

I am newish, have finished 2 PBEM games and lost both. I have beaten the AI as the CP on intermediate, with major victory.
I will play if you want.I do follow Dazo's Schlieffen plan, at least till now. If you have not read it, it is on the forum in War room. That will certainly improve your CP game, if you are not yet using it.
I will play either side, so CP if you want Entente. I will play until the end, win or lose.
if you like , I will set up a game the password will be 1919.

Let's give it a try! I'll join the game on Entente side.
I'm also ready to play till the end, and ready to lose. But will do my best! Against AI I was quite strong as Entente, and hope this will help me =)
P.S. Thanks for the guidance, will check for the War room | Schlieffen plan.

also, if you would like to practice your CP game, I can set up a game playing as the Entente.
There are some good articles on the forum about what you might want to know before playing PBEM, a good one regarding supply calculations, and a very good one about what research is important, with emphasis on Germany.
It seems most new PBEM players get wrecked because they mess up research priorities. I certainly did on my first two, but I am learning.
I am on my way to losing a third PBEM game, but that is because Zarevic is a much better player than I am.

It sounds like you're quite experienced one though.
I’m not sure about playing CP yet, unless I read forum guidances and can handle at least Intermediate AI.
As for my experience playing CP so far, I either fail with Austria / Ottomans when I give just a little aid and focus on Germany. Or get swept by Britain at sea and then the AI stomps me while I do aids and focus on Austria.
In 1st case the game ends quite fast, and the problem is not in researches (not enough time to complete them). Maybe it'd help in the 2nd case.
The only way I've managed to win as CP was by ignoring Serbia and focusing forces on Russia. After that, it was much easier to deal with the rest. But the problem is… that worked against Novice AI. =)

Those articles will help a lot. Also, as Germany you should probably sell all your first turn research chits and operate every unit you don't need in the west to the East
Leave the British surface navy ALONE unless you are absolutely sure you have local superiority and can get home. British blockade does not hurt you that much. Kick the Russian navy first Use your submarines against their ships if they sit in ports.Even losing one hit point a turn costs the Russians.
Yes, maybe practice against AI until you can win a major victory a few times on intermediate level. CP is tough, at least a 2-1 underdog in a full campaign.
check the last tournament-even veteran players lost 2/3 of the time as CP.

What a noticeable difference, 1 sqr from Paris at the 1st turn, that was very unexpected... Russians attacks are another big disappointment.
Will see if I can handle this, thanks for the new experience! =)

Don’t worry. Germans will stay one or two hexes from Paris most of the war.Just create a line of entrenched troops, most of the Germans from Reims south have been force-marched and are in no condition to immediately attack trenches. Check at the end of any turn and entrench anything you can, including second row lines.
Remember that Antwerp gets fortress defenses but only if you entrench the unit that is in there. So entrench it for the extra defense. I think this still holds.Look and see.
I will send you my e-mail with the next turn, so we can discuss events if you like.
