To answer your question regarding if you should neglect them as of now: no. Enhanced Fog of War and Enhanced Reporting are still optional rules. However, in the new user interface, they’ve been integrated into the broader Fog of War settings alongside No Fog of War and Fog of War. Enhanaced Reporting optional rule for instance requires the Enhanced Fog of War option to be toggled ON first, which was not obvious with the previous user interface.
