Hail Mary revised scenario

Hello,
First attempt at making a scenario with revisions. I noticed Hail Mary does not get you points for destroying the Chinese satellites or the mobile jammers so I decided to make a version that has these events. **This Scenario was made from Beta build 1706**
changes-
-25 points for destroying Mobile Vehicles
-200 points for destroying a Chinese Satellite (given how extraordinary and rare it is to knock out something in space)
Feel free to use this scenario if you want more opportunities to get to the 100k point mark.
