Many ships now have cameras. These are extremely useful as they can visually identify the enemy from great distances. Some cameras are listed as being "Night Capable." Obviously, this means that that can be used in the dark.

My question is, are these cameras degraded in performance at all if the sighting is conducted at night, or (for game purposes) does "night capable" just essentially turn everything into "day" as far as the sensor in the game is concerned?
