Allied to France, only at war with GB. Our combined blockade strength is 436, GB is 473, not quite 110% in fact they are 1 B shy, since I just sank two.

Also these calculations appear to be all over the place. What is the meaning of the separate figures for France and GB (368 vs 394), and why is Russia in there? Not at war with them.

I am confused.

AFAIK, that's the raw figure calculation, and doesn't include the national modifiers.

We know Britain gets a 1.2 multiplier; I think France gets a 1.1 multiplier and Germany a 0.9 multiplier.

Guess I have a similiar issue.
Could it be, that the numbers of my enemies are calculated twice (as 218 + 218)? USA just recently entered war + until last game round i blockaded France
