[Mod] City/Asset Level Icon Improvement

Mod to show city levels and rural asset levels at a glance on the map.
Cities are shown with number first. Public Rural Assets are shown with letter first.
# = City or Public Rural Asset level
I = Industry
D = Dome farm
F = Farm/Homestead
L = Supply Base (L2 = Supply Base 1, L3 = Supply Base 2 or 3)

Unzip GraphicsAlt folder to your Shadow Empire folder ( "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Shadow Empire" for me)
Limitations:
It is unknown how the game determines an industrial vs dome/farm city. A city can contain farms but still not show D or F. I think the rest of the zone's production types are taken into account as well as the city's.
The Supply Base (L) icons will not be accurate due to a bug in the game that shows Supply Base II graphics for level 1 and shows Supply Base III graphics for level 2.
