When playing the game in window mode I can pan in all directions with the cursor.

When playing the game in full screen mode, I can pan the map up, left, and right by moving the cursor to the very edge of my screen but the map will not pan when I move the cursor to the bottom of my screen.
Will this be possible in a patch?

Works for me panning down, full screen. On the main options screen, what are your settings? And in-game.
