EXCEPTION LOG -1728 Was working now isnt again?

Start up menu begins but nothing happens then there is a brief flash of some background exception which is too fast to read and nothing happens?

That exception log is from 2023.
Also is more useful if this line is set to true, not false. Open the file "Command.ini" located in the Config folder of the game with a text editor like Notepad. Save after editing if needed.
LogDebugInfoToFile = True

Very odd, now its not doing it?
I had not turned on to the PC for over a week, maybe it was still updating something in the background?
Anyway thanks for prompt help.

After it failed again I did a complete reinstall from the update and then with the beta for 1728 and it worked normally until about the third time I ran it, then it failed and wont load:
This time the exception log is actually saying something as attached.
