Commander of Northwestern Front at the start of Barbarossa.
Lasted less than two weeks before he was relieved.
Political rating 7? Nah, don't really think so.

Kuznetsov was replaced by this fellow.
He was arrested within 4 months of taking command. Later sentenced to 5 years imprisonment, but was released the following year.

I always thought that the Political Rating was friends in high places. For FK someone had to be looking out for him.
