Where to find an Italy map for a 1989 WP invasion

So im trying to make a 1989 warsaw pact invasion of italy and im trying to look for an italian map of that period that got terrain, cities and roads so i can model it into 10x km hex map but i cant find anything that detailed. Any ideas? 
(Scenario idea is the Soviet Union invades an ill prepared Austria, but a well prepared Italy that has a couple of brigades from the US. The Soviet Union will attack with the Hungarian Army and Kiev Military District)
