Odd TB Truck situation

I don't know why/what exactly that is related to. But inside TBs the Units (at least some) seem to stack/keep their vehicle pools altough they are not/no longer needed.
I assume it has to do with an TOE change in general and more specific a change of Motorization status between the TOEs while the unit is inside the TB.
This is an older game and some TOEs since then have changed in their Motorization status I think, so it may look different for some now.

They do look different now, at least in my AI vs AI test games. I'm only finding a few units over 130% of vehicle needs. But vehicles are "sticky" in the TBs, and there's probably something that brings them down to 130% of need to try to prevent multiple turns over that level. Between 100 and 130 is something that does appear to be standard (see it as quartermasters not wanting to give up what they already have :D ) There could be other things going on re changes of OBs where motorization levels in the OB and the unit's OB flag cause some issue over time as there are upgrades, but all of this is not something I fully understand. While understandably frustrating at the micro level, at the macro level it's impact is small. It's not an area where we're going to try to make a change.
