Sentinels are constantly materializing in my territory. It's uninteresting, tiring, and mostly out of nowhere. Is there a way to end them once and for all, destroy one of their nests, find a secret lab on the map, anything, or am I doomed until the end of the game?

They can come from coastal hexes, or they can appear inland near roads. I've marked the regular zones with red crosses.
