FPC Red Storm Error Message Memory Resources

Hello,
I'm playing on a Windows 11 system with 64 GB of RAM.
What can I do about these error messages (there are not enough memory resources available to process this command?)
The error message only appears in the two scenarios "The Bear Attacks" and "Early Tuesday Morning."
