How to make PO more aggressive?

How can I make the PO be more aggressive? Is there some way to do this when programming a formations objectives in the editor?

Set Formation to Ignore Losses.
Set Units to Ignore Losses.
Set Strategic Bias [by Event] to Berzerk.

Units with low supply will often not act aggressively. [You can make an Event to increase the PO's Supply].
Units with no path to a supply source will often not act aggressively.

I don't think that Objective Placement or Path makes any difference.

Note that the PO has a threshold that it will not cross [combat odds], therefore a Human player may be able to make a defense that the PO just won't have a go at. Note that this threshold does decrease slightly as the turn progresses. This may be noticeable as the PO attacking locations only in later rounds that it could just as well have attacked earlier in the turn.
