Can't Update

When I select "Check for Updates" it says a new update is available but then downloads MultiUpdateComp-v1.03.05.01 which installer says that is for the new DLC (wont accept my serial # for the base game). I don't want to purchase the DLC until I've played the base game. Is there an update for the base game only?

Is your serial already showing at that point?

If so, just click next to proceed with the update.

If not, or this doesn't work, the best thing to do will be to email support@matrixgames.com with details, and hopefully they'll be able to resolve it with you.
