This screenie is from the "Blue Dragons fight back" scenario. The reinforcements are scheduled for turn 998 and 999?
What does that mean exactly?

Hello, simovitch! Those release turns mean each release is triggered by a CSEE Lua event, so depending on how the game play proceeds per the scenario Lua battle rules.

OK so they arrive based on some event that requires triggering? I played the whole scenario and never got them so I wasn't sure.
thanks!

If you played through and they weren't triggered, that means you didn't suffer enough casualties where support was deemed necessary.

Come to think, I could tweak that dialog so that if the release turn is > 900 - as typically when releases are triggered from Lua scenario code instead - the turn would say something like "CSEE" instead of "999".
