I appreciate there is a lot to keep up with but I think the Strategy Guide could probably use an update.

There is no penalty if Japan declares war on the USSR but there is a huge hit on US mobilisation if / when certain locations in Siberia are occupied. Burma & Malaya are also impacted.

Can't find any mention of this in the SG.
