[RESOLVED] Scenario editor: cant effectively change side posture from hostile to unfriendly

Hello,
so I started re-editing a scenario I created like a year ago. Originally I set the opponent side (Russia in this case) to consider the player side hostile from the start of scenario.
Now I want to change Russia consider player unfriendly from the start. The problem I am having that after I change the posture for Russia, it shows correctly and acts correctly, however even though I´ve saved this a million times, I cant make it stick, everytime I load this scenario Russia considers player hostile again.

Since this is my first scenario and I´m learning the ropes, my scen file has bunch of stuff in it, a lot of work in progress. But I suspect I somehow cause this posture reset but I cant figure out how.

How can I make Russia consider player side (NATO) as unfriendly and have that change survive a reload?

Save file attached.

To avoid target units in strike missions are considered hostile, deactivate all Russian strike missions at start.

You can then activate them with timer or event (I heard there is bug in activation timer now however).

That was it! I didnt know any active strike mission with "unfriendly" targets automatically turns the side hostile when loading the scenario!
Thanks a lot for help!
