Here’s a screenshot of the Diplomacy screen showing my relation with the Boskara Conformity. On the right, you can see that they’re pleased with the Nanta-Re Conformity, and that their relation is improving at a rate of +18 per year.

Despite that, the tooltip shown, when hovering above the “We are concerned at your friendship with our enemies” entry, lists the Nanta-Re Conformity as one of their enemies!

And when selecting other empires on the left section, the tooltip also list as enemies empires with which they have improving neutral relations. Despite the Galactopedia saying “Your enemies are the empires that you are at war with, or have poor relations with”.

Hopefully, the problem resides in the tooltip and not in the diplomacy itself...

This is working as intended, though could be made more clear. If you hover over the Nanta-Re Conformity in the 'Relationship with Others' section you'll noticed that Nanta-Re are pleased with Boskara Conformity, but the other way, Boskara Conformity are furious with them, hence enemies. I think what's tripping up here is that it's showing the relationship of external faction towards the target, not the target towards external faction.

Perhaps the UI should show both sides of the relationships.

Either show both in the box or have a way to toggle between "relationship to others" and "relationship from others" instead of "with".
