Existing Game Edit Question

Can the following items be modified during an existing game?
1. Ship Class Durability
2. Scenario Pilot Experience

I would say no to pi9lots unless maybe the unit is not on the map.
Durability yes I think it changes or certainly does at the point of the next upgrade of that ship

Not sure, but I would say yes for new arriving pilots.
I changed this a lot in my mod, as you can see if you download when it's out. Games in progress changed to the new values. I had no complaints, but then again, the changes were slight.
The big problem in this game is that pilots should be further divided into CV-trained and untrained. Then we could reflect a truer pilot situation, especially for Japan.
