Cant start a scenario, cant see the buttons due to resolution? Cant change resolution? REmoved the taskbar, no help.

using laptop 1366x768, scale at 100% , cant min window or X out of start, have had to cntl-alt-del 3 times now.

Any help to run this thing? I have owned all other models of this game, they run grreat everywhere, but this one cant even start

Does your laptop go to 1920x1080? think that is the minimum resolution. Change you change your desktop resolution to 1920x1080 and then start the game? Think it just mirrors your desktop resolution.

1366x768 is max for my laptop ; why do the other flashpoints work and not this one? Will a change be made , or can I get a refund?

Min resolution specs are 1920x1080 for Cold War. Some folks with older laptops have used a lossless scaling app to make the game work. Contact Matrix support directly to see about a refund.
